Document with care
Record the facts needed to understand a lead while limiting unnecessary exposure to sensitive material.
Serving Northeast Indiana
NEICPC brings careful documentation, responsible reporting, and community awareness together to help protect children from online exploitation.
When a concern is documented clearly and reaches the right people, there is a better path to action.
Our purpose
We are building a nonprofit initiative focused on online child safety in Northeast Indiana. Our work centers on documenting concerns responsibly and helping authorized partners review information through a secure investigation portal.
We support a measured approach: protect the child, preserve relevant information, and refer suspected exploitation to the proper authorities. Investigations and decisions about enforcement belong to law enforcement.
How the work fits together
Record the facts needed to understand a lead while limiting unnecessary exposure to sensitive material.
Maintain access controls and a clear history for information and evidence shared through the agency portal.
Put actionable concerns in front of authorized partners and established reporting channels.
If you are concerned about a child
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. For suspected online child sexual exploitation, use the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline. You do not need to investigate or contact a suspected offender yourself.
For authorized agency users
Authorized personnel can review assigned leads and evidence in the secure NEICPC investigation portal. Access requires an account and multifactor authentication. Directory listings do not indicate a partnership.
